*How do I cancel an order on Genzlux Jewellery?

 

-1) Cancellation before product has shipped:

● If you cancel your order before shipment has shipped..

– Prepaid : payment gateway charges minimum 3.5% will be duducted from your payment amount and rest will be refund to your original payment source.. no full refund provided in this case.

– COD : no payment refund applicable.                      


2) Cancellation after product has shipped:-

-> If your jewelry has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service and inform them of the same.. once that package reach us back you will get refund of your amount by deducting payment gateway charges and order shipping cost.

-> If you received the product, it will be eligible for a replacement if it is defective or wrong item delivered than selected item in your order.  See 01-Day Replacement Policy for further details.


*Return/Replacement Policy:-


->Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order. The returned products must be unsend and in    

good condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.


*What it covers for a replacement (no refund):-


-> Wrong item received:- If you received an item different from the one you ordered, we’ll gladly replace it for you (no refunds offered).

->Shipping charges are non-refundable.


*PLEASE NOTE :-


1.Quality Regurding:-We carefully curate our designs and provide detailed product information. Once you’ve made your choice, returns or exchanges based on personal preference are not accepted.


2. Size issue:- We clearly list product sizes information for each product. Please choose your size carefully, returns or exchanges for size are not accepted.


3. Handmade design variations:- Our handmade jewellery features unique patterns and designs that may vary slightly from the product photo due to the nature of the craft. These variations are not considered defects and cannot be returned for this reason.


*Important Note:-


-> To verify claims of wrong or damaged items, we require an unboxing video starting before you open the package and ending after clearly showing the issue. Without this video, we won’t be able to accept your claim.

 

-> The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and certificates intact.

 Please note that shipping charges for replacements may apply.


*How do I return a purchased item? 


● Notify/Inform us about problems, damages, or defects within 07 days from the date of delivery contact us on customer care number printed on our courier box.

● we will check about any issue made from our warehouse by cctv footage.

● if issue fits to our replacement/refund policy, we will send a replacement product (NO REFUND) to you, provided the procedure below is followed.

● Please include the original contents, certificates, and any additional material sent with the shipment and ensure that the packet is properly sealed.

● We don’t support reversal pickup facility at present.. hence, you need to send the courier back to us. Please send the return shipment back to our warehouse at the address below.
